We are excited to share that last week two representatives from Armenia, Lusine Margaryan, the HR Manager of BDO Armenia and Aline Masrlian, Executive Board Member at International Chamber of Commerce ICC National Committee Armenia represented the Union of Woman Employers of Yerevan and Neighboring Regions and the Union of Manufacturers and Businessman of Armenia in the Training of Trainers "Women at Work" organized by Danish Industry. The training took place on August 7 and 8 in Copenhagen, Denmark!
This event gathered industry leaders from Armenia, Moldova and Ukraine to explore cutting-edge gender equality initiatives, discuss overcoming workplace barriers, and delve into the latest strategies for training companies on gender diversity. The program, hosted at the Danish Industry headquarters, was further enriched by a visit to the Danish Parliament for a meeting with the Gender Equality spokesperson for the Social Democrats and former Minister of Gender Equality, Trine Bramsen.
We express our gratitude for Senior Advisors Clara Halvorsen and Ole Krogsgaard, the facilitators of this training and looking forward to share our best knowledge with the Armenian companies and industry specialists, which will take place in September, according to the initial agreement between the Union of Woman Employers of Yerevan and Neighboring Regions and the Union of Manufacturers and Businessman of Armenia. We will look forward to meeting everyone interested in the subject.
